How to Make Stir Fry Vegetables (Yasai Itame)

Stir-frying vegetables is a great way to keep in maximum nutrients.  It’s also a relatively healthy dish that’s simple and quick to prepare.  You can use any vegetables that you have available in your pantry.  Of course meat and/or seafood can be included as well but pork is the predominant choice of meat when making this dish.
