You mentioned above the “Honey Chicken” batter is very similar to your “Sweet and Sour Chicken” with the difference being the ratio of corn starch to flour. Honey Chicken had more corn starch and less flour. Yet the recipe above states more flour than corn starch??? Can you clarify please. Thanks.
