  4. Raymond. Thank you soooo much for your recipes and videos. I have been on the quest to make restaraunt honest food at home but can NEVER re- create the amazing crispy batter used in almond chicken Sui gai. Or the sauce! If you have a recipe for this (or lemon chicken) I would be in debt to you. Also…. A really good dry garlic rib recipe as appetizer. So the short deep fries crispy ribs. Please keep up the fantastic work. I just made a batch of your brown sauce tonight and making chicken and broccoli tomorrow. YAHOOO!!! I look forward to your response. Sincerely. Chuck

    • Thanks I bought rice vinegar next time I’m gonna use white vinegar it still tasted great with the rice vinegar but it was a little strong but after a day or was perfect I made your Orange chicken recipe it was awesome thanks!!
